Cassidy's new client Jenny tells Cass she was abused by a man named Cliff, then received a letter from him advising her to go into therapy with Cass.  Soon Cass learns that Jenny was one of many women harmed by Cliff, a man who claims to know her, though she knows nothing about him.  When Cass and Zach fail to uncover his identity, she must set herself up as bait in order to stop him.
