A stranger's voice on the telephone informs Leigh Ann that unless she returns a certain item he feels belongs to him, the lives of her newly-married foster mother and her husband will be sacrificed.  To save them, Leigh Ann must find relatives she didn't know existed and settle a family feud that could cost her her own life as well.
