Lesley Cookman was a
freelance features writer and editor for over 20 years. She then
turned to short fiction for Women's magazines and writing for
the stage, achieved a Master's Degree in Creative Writing from
the University of
Wales and fulfilled a lifelong ambition by writing her first
mystery novel. She lives on the Kent coast in the UK with two of
her four grown up children.
