At an auction, antique dealer Lara McClintoch picks up what she thinks are worthless reproductions, only to find that they are priceless Moche artifacts.  When her shop is burned and her assistant is brutally attacked, Lara journeys to Peru to do battle with black market collectors of the pre-Columbian artifacts.
