When a prominent man goes missing, his wife contacts astrologer Christy Bristol to do his chart. Pal Lennie, and aspiring PI, comes along to deliver the horoscope and convinces the woman that she and Christy can investigate. But all is not what it seems in the Central Valley of California as their sleuthing takes Christy and Lennie to strange and foreboding areas. This sequel to "Fools Rush In" is humorous, thrilling, and the astrology is a bonus.
