Richard was raised in Montana and after serving as a teen missionary
in Brazil and doing a six year stint in the Army as a medic in Germany
followed by a brief career as a Russian Linguist she transferred
loyalties, and taught classes for the U.S. Air Force, married an Air
Force pilot and settled in Washington. She has four kids, two cats
and three dogs. She now writes full time.
