Laura Levine
Laura Levine is a comedy writer with more than 65 sitcom episodes to her credit, one of which was named one of TV Guide's "Hundred Greatest Episodes of All Time." She's written for The Bob Newhart Show, Laverne & Shirley, The Jeffersons, The Love Boat, Three's Company, and Mary  Hartman, Mary Hartman. As an advertising copy-writer, she created Count Chocula and Frankenberry cereals for General Mills. Her work has been published in The Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times.

She is an IMBA paperback bestseller, the winner of the New York Times Bestselling Author and Romantic Times' Toby Bromberg Award Winner for Most Humorous Mystery. Her Jaine Austen mysteries have been Mystery Guild selections, and have been  published internationally.

When not writing mysteries, she contributes comedy material to Garrison Keillor's "A Prairie Home Companion." She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and her cat.
